Ghost Bowling

Overview

Objective – To knock over the ghosts with the pumpkins

Learning Outcomes

Rolling / Throwing for Accuracy

Set Up

1. Set up the playing area by transforming white bowling pins into spooky ghosts by drawing on ghostly eyes and mouths or putting images onto them.

2. Get orange foam balls (if possible) to use as the pumpkins! Otherwise, any gator balls will work well!

3. Split the students into small groups (depending on how many lanes you have)

Instructions

1. On go, taking turns, the students roll the pumpkins attempting to knock over the ghosts. They receive one point per pin they knock over.

2. The next student collects the ball and has their turn.

3. The aim of the activity is to earn as many points as possible in a certain number of rolls or time period.
